The staff are extremely helpful, and the hostess too. The location of the venue is best possible and absolutely perfect, close to the train station, and Santa Maria del Fiore. Besides, we really enjoyed the lake, located within 20 mins walk of the hotel. Have a drink at the wine bar...

We loved the comforts of this boutique hotel. Our absolutely perfect and clean room was equipped with fantastic view and snacks, for example. Had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and kitchenware at our disposal. We didn't want to leave, would recommend.

Spacious units with fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette had everything I needed, from a microwave to a coffee machine, making it feel like my own little culinary playground. I even managed to whip up a meal that could rival a MasterChef challenge!
